SEATTLE ATTORNEY ON ‘THE APPRENTICE’ Alex Thomason, a new King County Prosecutor, is a contestant on the popular TV program. I just got an e-mail about this today. Alex was a student at Seattle University Law School when I was there—not to mention the fact that he was a very solid member of the SU Federalist Society Chapter. I’ve never actually seen the show, but at least I have someone to root for!

THE SEAHAWKS... Just when things were starting to look good again, things got bad again. Coming off of a BIG victory against the Minnesota Vikings, our dearly beloved Seahawks were handed another painful defeat, this time at the hands of the New York Jets. The beginning had looked so promising, with a stellar one-handed touchdown catch by Jerry Rice and several big runs by Shawn Alexander. But alas, it was not to be. Yet, they're in the NFC West, after all, so there's still a chance...
